Snowboarding

Snowboarding is such a thill. I have snowboarded a total of seven years. It is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had in my life.

Snowboarding over the years, I have met many friends and it is a lot more fun to board with more people. One run, about 12 of us linked arms and went down the run. It was fun but also pretty dangerous.

Snowboarding is all about pushing yourself, having fun and doing some stupid things that later you look back on and think, "I can't believe we did that."

The rush you get carving down the mountain makes you feel untouchable. The brisk wind on your face is one of the greatest numb feelings ever.

Snowboarding is one my most favorite things to do and I plan on moving out west after I graduate so I can snowboard all year round.

Puppies

I absolutely love puppies. I own a italian greyhound named Giro. He is a goofy pup and with his long legs which makes him dopy. My friends call him a giraffe because of the way he walks.

I torture myself often by going to the SPCA or the pet store to go look at puppies. I love them all and what to take them home.

Once I get my own place, I plan on owning a corgi puppy. I like them because they are small with little stumpy legs and they are fluffy.

I would enjoy a big dog as well, such as a german shepherd. But getting a big dog would have to wait until I get a bigger home.

I love puppies and at the moment corgis are my favorite.

Halloween

Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. As a child I would love to dress up and go door to door trick-or-treating. I would dress up as Scooby Doo, a witch, or a Disney princess. I would go with all my friends in their neighborhood because mine was full of older college kids and their families.

Once I grew too old for trick-or-treating, my friends and I would watch scary movies or Halloween specials on TV. It's a tradition in my family to watch "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" together. It's also tradition to go to a haunted house, like the Field of Screams, with my friends.

I love scary things but I'm still terrified by them. I like the rush of adrenaline you get from a good scare.

No matter how old I am, I will always enjoy the Halloween spirit.

Music

I love all types of music. I listen to just about all genres. Rap, country, alternative, musical, punk, oldies, dance, electronic, indie, pop, reggae, singer/songwriter and many others. My father exposed me to Johnny Cash, Bob Marley, and The Beatles when I was young. And as I grew up I started to expand my music taste.

One of my favorite bands is Mumford & Sons. Their new album was released last week and I already know most of the songs' lyrics.

I saw them live two years ago and it was the greatest live music performance I have ever seen and heard. It was at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland. My father and I had lawn seats. It poored, thundered, lightening, and hailed. But that storm didn't dampen our spirits. Everyone danced on the lawn in this storm and enjoyed one of the greatest bands. (In my opinion.)

I love them and I hope to see them again live soon.
